Delete your VenSure account
VenSure customers can close their VenSure login account from the mobile app, or request help by email.

In-app deletion
VenSure customers can request deletion of their account directly from the VenSure mobile application.
- Open VenSure
- Sign in
- Open Profile
- Select Account
- Select Delete Account
- Review the information displayed
- Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent to you
- Confirm Delete My Account
Account deletion is not policy cancellation
Deleting a VenSure account removes access to the VenSure customer account and online customer services.
It does not automatically cancel an insurance policy. If you want to cancel or change an insurance policy, you must follow the applicable insurer or Venture process separately.
What happens when your account is closed
Upon account closure:
- VenSure login access is disabled
- Login email and phone identifiers are anonymized and released
- Authentication and session access for that account are terminated
VenSure does not claim that all information is deleted immediately. Certain records may need to be retained where required for legitimate insurance, contractual, accounting, fraud-prevention, legal or regulatory purposes. Examples may include issued insurance policies, payment or transaction records, certificates or receipts, records supporting issued insurance contracts, regulatory or audit records, and KYC records where retention is required.
Retained information is not kept longer than required for the applicable legitimate purpose, subject to Venture Holding Limited's approved retention requirements.
Request account deletion outside the app
If you cannot use the app, you may request account deletion by emailing Venture Holding Limited. Venture may need to verify your identity before processing an external deletion request.
