VenSure Terms & Conditions

1. VenSure service

VenSure helps customers compare motor insurance quotes from participating insurers, review product documents, purchase cover, and access related customer services such as policies, payments and vehicles.

2. Quotes and information accuracy

Quotes depend on the information you provide and data returned by external services such as RTSA where used. You are responsible for ensuring details you submit are accurate and up to date. Quote amounts and availability may change before purchase is completed.

3. Insurer products and documents

Insurance products are underwritten by participating insurers. Policy Wordings, Key Facts and related insurer documents govern the insurance contract. VenSure facilitates comparison and distribution; it is not a substitute for reading those documents before purchase.

4. Payment and policy issuance

Payments are processed through the configured payment provider (GeePay). A policy is issued according to VenSure's payment confirmation and issuance process after successful payment. Until that process completes, cover should not be assumed.

5. External services

VenSure relies on external services including RTSA vehicle lookup, payment processing, and messaging providers for OTP and notifications. Their availability and responses may affect your experience.

6. Account responsibilities

Keep your login credentials and OTP codes confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Use VenSure only for lawful insurance quotation and purchase purposes.

7. Account closure

You may close your VenSure login account as described on the Account Deletion page. Closing a VenSure account does not cancel an insurance policy. Policy cancellation or amendment follows the applicable insurer or Venture process.

8. Intellectual property

VenSure branding, software and platform content remain the property of Venture Holding Limited or its licensors. Insurer documents remain the property of the relevant insurer.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or modify features of VenSure as the service evolves. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Matters requiring legal review

Detailed governing-law, dispute-resolution, liability limitation and regulatory representation clauses are not set out here and require Venture legal review before publication as binding terms.
